As I mentioned within yesterdays blog, the decision to eat a sausage roll after not having anything to eat since lunch time did prove to be a big mistake. I still think it was totally worth it, considering what COULD of happen if I didn't have anything to eat.
I was in the midst of getting ready for work, when I decided it was just too much of an effort to soldier through it all and went back to bed. I set my alarm for another hour so I could let work know that I wouldn't be in today.
With me resting for the day I really didn't get up to a lot. Though there was a competition which I did enter while in bed, and laptop on my lap which I also managed to win! I won a double pass to the Black Beta Select Awards which is on this Friday. So a big rarity for me, going out and having fun on a Friday :-p Friends of mine are going and I'm dragging another friend Jia along as she's been stuck too much into work as of late and think she needs time away from the computer screen.
Also noticed that a friend of mine Barry has a competition going to design a logo for his ASIGN Observatory II which he built himself! The rest of the day I really spent just catching up on some reading and having a lot of rest. I also managed to catch up on the episode of The Following with one of my favorite actors James Purefoy which I missed the other day.
