Woohoo! It's Thursday! You know what that means? Friday is just around the corner! Unfortunatly for this weekend coming, it means that it'll be short again as I have a conference for work to attend to all day on Saturday, but the awesome thing about it is that we actually wont be doing any work. We'll be having fun instead!

If you recall from the previous Thursdays which I've have wrote about already, Thursday isn't a really happy day at work. Nothing bad. Just Thursday is where everyone practically sits down and does their work as everything is checked on this day. So this Thursday wasn't any different. Lots of work to do, lots of emails to respond to. I think since I partly work in customer service, I notice that Thursday tends to be the day that people follow up on you and make sure you are doing what you promised. I noticed that of late, as that tends to be what happens. Nothing wrong with that, I guess it just really comes down to the weekend is fast approaching and I really don't want to be worrying about this stuff and enjoy my weekend.

After lunch is where it got pretty interesting. I've already mentioned that on Saturday we have a work conference, what I've failed to mention is that the dinner bit is fancy dress. Since our theme is Cancun,  every team within every department had to come up with an idea what to wear. Our costume arrive this afternoon, and it's quite interesting to say the least.

Now the picture I've put up hasn't done it any real justice, as it still needs a bit of fixing up here and there. I wont tell you what it is, as I've just would love to see comments of what people think it is. Please try to keep it clean too! I honestly felt a little like juggernaut wearing this, and probably look a little like him to! All joking aside though, a lot of time and effort was put into the organization of this costume. 

Ended up going shopping after work today, and found a little jar to put all my phrases in and it'll kick off tomorrow. The funny thing is, that when I was about to buy the jar there was someone next to me telling their friend that they would also like to buy a jar. When her friend asked her why, she responded with "So I can put inspiration quotes in each day, then read it all by the end of the year." So there must be some kind of positive energy with jars or just these jars! :-p

So now after a long day, and another long day to follow tomorrow time to do some homework before I dift off into sleepy land.
